Hello everyone, I'm new to the site, and fairly new to collecting, although we have almost everyone. Here is my question: I just got Felicity, and she looks different than the latest ones in the store (We purchased the last ones with the old dress from Chicago & NY). She seems shorter, and grayish, and her dress is much lighter, with a different neckline. Can someone out there please tell me if she is PM, and what on earth do the numbers mean on her neck?? Thanks!!
